Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments including Solo and Maestro. We accept Visa and MasterCard, American Express and payments by Paypal. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us on 01752 897923 or by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Rest assured also that we will never store any customer financial information.
Out of Stock Items
Items that are shown as being 'Out Of Stock' may also offer the option to 'pre-order'. Items are shown this way because we are expecting a delivery of the item from our suppliers within 7 - 14 days from the date the item is shown as being 'out of stock'. Whenever you order an item that has been highlighted as being 'Out-Of-Stock' or available on a 'Pre-Order' basis, we shall inform you within 5 working days of the expected delivery date of the item. If the delivery date is not suitable for you, you may cancel your order and receive a refund.
Dispatch and Delivery
Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day (Monday to Friday). Any orders placed after that time will be dispatched on the next available working day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excludes Bank Holidays).
We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched. The time your order takes to arrive will depend on the delivery option you choose.
While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day.
In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website. You will only receive a tracking number if you have chosen a tracked delivery option for your order.
Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday. Times vary according to local service. Guaranteed next day deliveries will be before 1pm. If you have chosen the ‘signed for’ delivery option, you will have to sign for your parcel upon receipt.

Returns and Refund Policy
All Blokesbags orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible. If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us on +44 (0)1752 897923 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days. Please have your order number to hand when you contact us as it will allow us to find your order quickly.
Once you have notified us that you are returning an item to us, please do so within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, be in its original packaging, with any tags still attached, and be suitable for re-sale. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. Postage costs for returning items to us cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged. Refunds for returned items will be paid within 30 days.
We recommend that when you send your order back to us you ensure you keep a receipt as proof of posting. Some people may prefer to use a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost during transit to us. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to recover their value if required. This returns policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Once your item has been returned, we will inspect it and take the necessary action as soon as possible.
If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on +44 (0)1752 897923 or by email at email@example.com. We will then advise you on the best course of action. In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund and we will then also refund the cost of posting the item back to us. Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.
We pride ourselves on the high level of customer care that Blokesbags provides. However we take complaints very seriously and have strict procedures in place to ensure that they are dealt with fairly and effectively.

We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within a maximum of 48 hours, providing a resolution to the complaint or at the very least a timescale for such resolution (you will of course be kept fully informed of its progress if this is the case). All complaints will be kept strictly confidential.
All our products carry a 12 month warranty. If the product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace the affected part at our discretion. Where necessary we will replace the entire unit. If the product is found to be faulty due to negligence in the fitting and or use by the customer then no refund will be made and the warranty will be declared void. The warranty is only on a Return to Base basis and the expense of transportation is to be borne by the buyer. Any alterations to the product will invalidate the warranty.
We hate spam as much as anyone and therefore Blokesbags do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. Data Protection and Site Security - For the purposes of fulfilling an order on our website, it is necessary to record details about the order and about you - note, Blokesbags DOES NOT store or record your credit card details. Blokesbags employs a system whereby customers can have access to the information (their personal details) held on our systems. We also use a third party payment gateway to help ensure the highest level of security for our customers. It is your responsibility to ensure that this information is accurate and correct.
