Returns Information

If you are not delighted with your purchase then you can send it back to the address below using the free returns label (UK only)
Return your bag to us in their original, unused condition within 28 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund.
Re-package the goods, where possible using the original packaging, with our invoice included.
For UK orders, simply place the pre-printed, pre-paid returns label to the outside of the parcel, covering your own address.
For international orders, please repackage the item you wish to return appropriately and send the package to the return address below.
You may also exchange your purchase for an alternative size or colour of the original item.
Take to any post office, remembering to obtain proof of postage.
Retain your proof of postage until we have notified you by email of receipt.
We will also refund your original delivery charge (if applicable) in the unlikely event the product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted or for exchange.
All refunds will be processed as soon as the goods are returned to us, with money refunded to your original account /card.
We will inspect all items on receipt to check the condition and for original packaging, labels etc..
