Delivery Information
Wherever possible we support our local village post office (because we have one) and use Royal Mail First Class and Airmail, as appropriate. However some of our suppliers occasionally use a courier service and we will endeavour to inform you which service has been used when we send a confirmation of shipping email.
If you wish to use the Guaranteed Overnight delivery service you will be charged for it at the checkout. There are three options for Guaranteed Overnight, depending on the weight of the bag - light (handbags etc), medium (messengers etc), heavy (leather holdalls and large briefcases). Orders requiring Guaranteed Overnight must be placed before 1pm and if we cannot guarantee overnight for any reason we will contact you as soon as possible either by phone or by email.
Please note bags guaranteed for delivery on Saturday are more expensive.
We do not despatch on Saturdays.
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order out within two business days. If we can't, we will email you and give you the chance to cancel. International orders are generally received in five to ten working days, but this can be dependent upon the security status of customs service in each destination country.
Please note that from time to time deliveries to the USA can take longer than expected and our carrier, Royal Mail does not consider an international delivery to be lost until it has been missing for 25 working days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
